Eric D. Quiroz

Eric D. Quiroz is an Associate Attorney with Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP, where his practice focuses on family law, civil litigation, real estate, and construction matters. He represents individuals and businesses in matters involving child custody and support, divorce, contract disputes, property disputes, and a broad range of civil litigation matters.

Eric represents clients through all stages of litigation, including initiating and defending legal actions, conducting discovery, preparing and responding to motions, negotiating settlements, and appearing in court. He works closely with his clients to understand their concerns, explain their options, and develop a practical approach.

Prior to joining Nikolaus & Hohenadel, Eric gained experience in both private practice and public service. His legal background includes family law, dependency and guardianship matters, tax law, and government representation. He previously served as an attorney with the Lancaster County Solicitor’s Office and has appeared before courts and administrative agencies throughout the course of his practice.Eric is fluent in both English and Spanish and is able to assist Spanish-speaking clients.
