JEFFREY A. MILLS

Jeff is a partner at Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP, where he chairs the Litigation Department.

He has a wide background in civil litigation, more than 25 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Litigation. He has been a lecturer and speaker on Pennsylvania Workers’ Compensation law, and is certified as a specialist in the practice of Workers’ Compensation Law by the Pennsylvania Bar Association Section on workers’ compensation law and in 2013 was certified as a Certified Specialist Practice Workers’ Compensation Law, Pennsylvania Bar Association Section.

Jeff is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Lancaster County Bar Association and he is admitted to practice at the Bar of the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.

He has also served as a Commander in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps of the United States Naval Reserve.

Jeff is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and the Temple University School of Law.
