JOHN P. HOHENADEL

John P. Hohenadel (Jack) is a founding partner of Nikolaus & Hohenadel, LLP. A graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School, Villanova University and Villanova University School of Law, Jack also served in the U.S. Coast Guard.

He has focused his professional practice on representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury or wrongful death cases. In addition, Jack has many years experience in the practice of general litigation and real estate law. Jack has tried numerous cases to verdict before many of the Courts of Common Pleas of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as cases before the U.S. District Courts. He has pursued appeal matters before the Commonwealth Court, Superior Court and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. He is admitted to practice before the various courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the U.S. District Court for both the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. A member of the Pennsylvania and Lancaster Bar Associations, Jack serves clients primarily in Lancaster and York Counties.

His personal interests include sports and coaching sports. An avid bicyclist, Jack also enjoys many outdoor activities – particularly those enjoyed with his children and grandchildren. Jack has served the community in a variety of capacities, including as a school board member and former school board president for St. Leo the Great School in Rohrerstown, Lancaster County.
