Many of you already know that our own Donald Nikolaus was one of the founders of Housing Development Corporation MidAtlantic (HDC).
It all started with 2 HUD 202 (the first in Lancaster County) high rises in Columbia which are still there, providing much needed affordable housing for the elderly.
It is HDC’s 50th anniversary this year and they are celebrating by releasing 5 videos, one for each decade.
Donald is in the first one: HDC 50th Episode 1.
