WGAL TV 8 hosted a Tax Talk call in event on March 6th from 4-6:30 PM featuring Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountant (PICPA) members who practice as tax advisors. Our tax attorney, who is also a CPA, Frank J. Macciocca, participated answering over 40 phone calls from viewers about their taxes. Most callers wanted thoughts or reassurance about their proposed tax filing positions under the changes for 2018 in the federal tax laws. Nearly 350 phone calls with tax questions were answered during the event.
