The Nikolaus & Hohenadel Affordable Housing group consists of Wanda S. Whare, Bernadette M. Hohenadel, Robert S. Cronin, Jr., Nathan E. Saxton, and Frank J. Macciocca and provides guidance to clients from LIHTC application through and beyond the final closing. The firm provides legal services including but not limited to real estate, land development, condominium, permanent financing, syndication and tax.

Members of the team attended the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania’s annual Homes Within Reach Conference October 29-31, 2018. This year’s theme was “A Season for Change: Cultivating Housing Opportunities” where service providers, such as Nikolaus & Hohenadel, housing professionals, and community organizers join to share successful strategies and gather new ideas regarding affordable housing.
